HR is not doing the Justification to their Role

"India is lacking right kind of talents as the industry is growing in a faster pace". This is the pet news by all the Media people.

But the reality is very different from this so called news matter. I know a couple of good people whose talent is not being utilised.

It's only because of the HR people. I know atleast 20 HR people who are there with big corporate houses and having attitude problem. Even they are not truthful to their Organisation and Corrupted to a great extent.

They are been sold in the job mandi where you can quote them a rate and will buy them.

HR PERSON SHOULD BE INNOVATIVE ENOUGH TO EXPLORE NEW TALENT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET SO THAT THEY ADD SOME VALUE TO THE ORGANISATION AS A WHOLE.

If this is the situation of the Indian Corporates then I do strongly believe the report by Transparency International.
