Who sets the target for all these Corporate People?

There are many questions in my mind and as well as in your mind.

Are these corporate people are really happy with the target settings?

WHO SETS THE TARGET?

Even THE TARGET SETTER WILL NOT BE IN A POSITION TO ACHIEVE THE SAME.

What do you think? Is it really true that the Target Setter will not be in a position to achieve the Target?

Why are we talking the language of target? It’s a foreign term like we jokers used to wear the Coat, Pant & Tie instead of loose fitting dress like Dhoti, Kurta etc.

Western people usually wear this type of dresses because of cold weather. But we jokers don’t know where to use what. We only know how to copy others without understanding the reason.

It's very simple. In cold countries they should follow the dress code as per their requirement like Coat, Pant, Tie ...
India is a hot country then why should we follow their dress code. We should wear loose fitting dress.

TARGET is like that only If the candidates are going to be demanding then the Employer will fix a big target and which is very much unachievable.....

SIMPLE LIVING HIGH THINKING
TRY TO BE INNOVATIVE.
FIRST DELIVER THEN DEMAND

Indians are becoming more and more demanding like Americans. They are not satisfied at all. Time will come, when all the jobs are going to be outsourced to other developing countries.
